Question 1: Is blink.it GDPR compliant?

Data security is of course a top priority for companies! With blink.it, you don’t have to worry about that: The handling of all data is of course GDPR compliant. Some of the many measures we take to protect your data, your employees', and your company's data include:

Question 2: Can I customize the branding?

The appearance of your online courses easily adapts to your company. Possible adjustments include: a custom logo, your own corporate colors, and individual background images.

To ensure everything looks professional in the end, we do not generate the branding automatically, unlike many other tool providers. A professional designer takes care of perfectly implementing your company’s branding on the blink.it platform.

Question 3: How quickly can I implement blink.it?

When it comes to software and learning platforms, many HR managers think of lengthy processes: from booking, the entire IT must first be adjusted and adapted. This can take weeks or months, from the decision for a tool until the first live use.

From booking, it only takes about one working day until your platform is fully set up. This is mainly because blink.it as software does not need to be installed but is directly accessible in any browser.

Question 4: Can I integrate blink.it into our existing LMS?

With our newly developed LMS connector, you can easily transfer your blink.it content into your LMS! Your learning progress will, of course, be included. This allows you to use blink.it as a fully integrated learning platform alongside your existing LMS.

For example, you can create an online course on the blink.it platform. You link the course via course link into your existing LMS. Additionally, you can import user data from almost any other system into blink.it and synchronize it.

Or you can connect blink.it with the intranet in your company. Your employees do not have to register separately and can directly access the blink.it course. If your employees complete a blink.it course with a certificate, blink.it can report the completion of the course back to your LMS. This way, you always have all the information in your existing LMS and can still utilize all the advantages of blink.it.

Question 5: Can I use blink.it without an email?

E-Learning without an email address – is that possible? The answer is yes! We want all employees in your company to truly participate in training measures. Often, employees in the factory, in the shop, or in the field do not have their own email address or use accounts outside the corporate network. Therefore, with blink.it, you can:

Register employees using personnel numbers, UIDs, or freely chosen usernames.

Combine registration with SSO or user data synchronization.

Question 6: Is there support in implementing my online courses?

With blink.it, you are not just purchasing a learning platform, but a comprehensive concept for corporate training. Of course, we support our corporate customers at all important points even after the “tool purchase”:
