What is the difference between "Enterprise" and the two trainer packages "Professional" and "Booster"?
The two trainer packages apply exclusively to freelance trainers and coaches as well as to smaller academies and companies with less than 10 employees.
The enterprise package is specifically tailored to the needs of companies. You fall into this category if your company has at least 10 employees.
If you would like to have all the features of the enterprise package, you can of course book it even if you have fewer than 10 employees.
How long does my contract run and when can I cancel?
The minimum contract duration for the Enterprise package is 24 months, and the notice period is 3 months before the end of the contract period.
The contract duration for the Booster and Professional packages is 12 months, and the notice period is 30 days.
If a contract is not terminated, it automatically renews for another 12 months.
What payment options are available?
The Enterprise contract is billed retroactively for a past month. For this, you will receive an invoice for the previous month for payment.
For the Professional and Booster contracts, the aforementioned fixed price is paid at the beginning of the contract month. We will automatically debit the amount from your stored payment method: You can pay by credit card or by SEPA direct debit.
Are there also individual price offers?
Yes, with the Enterprise package we are pleased to offer you or your company a customized proposal. Please use the “Request Quote” button and fill out the form.

What discounts and special offers are there?
Sometimes we have seasonal discount promotions, which we will inform you about here on the website when the time comes. Is there a way for me to move from my current learning platform with all my courses and data to the blink.it learning platform?
Yes, that works. If you want to move from your current Learning Management System to blink.it with everything included, please click HERE and arrange a personal meeting with us. We will then find a solution with our team on how to move you from your old system to blink.it.
How and when is your customer service available?
Our support team is located in Germany and responds to your emails within 24 hours on weekdays. We speak German and English.
Outside of these hours, our Help Center is available 24/7 with numerous help articles about our learning platform, and you can also access our informative learning materials at any time.
How safe is my data?
The data is stored in our data center in Frankfurt am Main (ISO 27001, SOC 2 & BSI C5 certified) and is sent to the participants via an encrypted connection.
Important: You retain 100% of the rights to your content and data. We process all your personal data and that of your customers in accordance with the GDPR. Upon signing the contract, we also enter into a data processing agreement with you in accordance with the GDPR.
