blink.it was designed from the beginning for real learning situations. Intuitive to use, flexible in deployment, and focused on learner success.

blink.it was founded in 2015 by Konstantin Ristl and Michael Witzke - at a time when digital learning in Germany was still in its infancy. The idea: An online learning platform that allows further education and training to be implemented digitally without losing quality.

This resulted in a Learning Management System that is easy to understand and can be used without technical knowledge. Easy to use, versatile, and open to various formats, from self-learning courses to blended learning tracks, from onboarding to mandatory training.

What has been important to us from the very beginning is the closeness to practice: blink.it is not developed in an ivory tower, but in close collaboration with the people who use it every day. We listen, think along, and improve what can be improved. Our goal: E-learning should be understandable and effective. And it should preserve the human closeness between instructors and participants.

Since 2025, blink.it has been part of the VEDA Group Holding GmbH. This partnership opens up new opportunities without any significant changes for our customers. We remain blink.it – with the same team, the same direction, and the commitment to continue developing the platform purposefully and to connect it meaningfully with other HR solutions.
