A survey provides insights into the developments during the current crisis. We summarize the most important results for the continuing education sector:
Digital offers and tools are currently more in demand than ever – and keep the German economy largely running. This is the core finding of a current survey by the Association of the German Internet Industry “eco”.
Since the beginning of the Corona crisis, not only has the use of online shopping or social media increased. The area of digital learning is also experiencing a surge right now:
Across all age and occupational groups, 11% of respondents now use e-learning platforms more frequently than before the crisis.
Specifically in the age group of 18-29 years, around 29% are increasingly using online learning offerings.
Almost every second apprentice in Germany is now using e-learning more frequently (45.6%).
