In the article "Use of Videos for Pre- and Post-Preparation of Seminars and for Increasing Customer Loyalty", Lena Després, Dr. Wolfgang Schneiderheinze, and Sandra Bürger explain the use of videos for seminar support using real problem cases as examples. Result: Sustainable, brain-friendly learning is created for all participants.
"Especially for competencies in real-time communication, the saying 'Practice makes perfect' applies. Even after the conducted in-person seminar, videos can help recall learned content. The rules learned remain easier to remember for the participants and can be more easily applied to everyday life.
