A month ago, blink.it was at the LEARNTEC, which describes itself as the "leading trade fair for digital education." Among the many conversations with trainers, coaches, and human resource developers, blink.it founder Konstantin gave a brief interview to the organizers of LEARNTEC. In it, he reveals, among other things, why he sees no future for pure e-learning or pure presence training.

About 280 exhibitors presented their products and visions at LEARNTEC at the end of January 2018 – we reported on this. Many of these exhibitors rely on high-tech solutions, whether in the direction of virtual reality, gamification, or mobile learning. The internet offers thousands of opportunities to make training and coaching easier and more efficient.
