As of January 8, 2025, VEDA GmbH, one of the leading providers of digital HR management, has acquired blink.it GmbH. blink.it thus expands the VEDA product portfolio in the area of Learning & Development with an established LMS solution.
VEDA was founded in 1977 in Alsdorf near Aachen and offers a platform solution for digital HR management. The offering includes solutions for recruiting, onboarding, personnel management, talent management, learning & development, payroll, workforce scheduling, and time & security. VEDA has around 1,200 customers, including MAN, Lufthansa, and many medium-sized companies, and employs around 180 people.
blink.it is now part of a larger family, and we are convinced that this is the best solution for the further development and the long-term future of blink.it. The entire blink.it team remains in place, and there are no changes in leadership either. The goal now is to leverage mutual potential.
