As of January 8, 2025, VEDA GmbH, one of the leading providers of digital HR management, has acquired blink.it GmbH. This acquisition expands the VEDA product portfolio in the field of Learning & Development to include an established LMS solution.

VEDA was founded in 1977 in Alsdorf near Aachen and offers a platform solution for digital personnel management. The offerings include solutions for recruiting, onboarding, personnel management, talent management, learning & development, payroll, workforce planning, and time & security. VEDA counts around 1,200 customers, including MAN, Lufthansa, and many medium-sized enterprises, and employs about 180 staff members.

blink.it is now part of a larger family, and we are convinced that this is the best solution for the further development and long-term future of blink.it. The entire blink.it team remains intact, and there will be no changes in leadership. The goal now is to leverage common potential.
