Trainer Congress Berlin: Our answers to your questions

Blended Learning

Trainer

The Trainer Congress Berlin was once again a special highlight for us in 2019. In the workshop format "Discussion Marketplace," Hans-Martin and Michael collected the most common questions directed at blink.it. I will summarize them for you today – and provide answers!

For the 11th time, the Trainer Congress Berlin took place – and the 3rd time with blink.it! Clearly, the Trainer Congress is simply a part of our year. Not only because the organizers so warmly and personally welcomed our two men on site:

The Discussion Marketplace: Room for Questions

As a workshop format, Hans-Martin and Michael decided again for the Discussion Marketplace: A method where the audience democratically decides what is discussed – and for how long!

The more we use the Discussion Marketplace, the more we learn ourselves. This time, one group was almost too large with nearly 70 people, even though the format itself was well received. It was also interesting that a few people left the room as soon as the questions for the workshop were set. The reason: The topics were simply too "basic" for them. This allowed them to use their time better for other workshops and ask their specific questions to blink.it personally afterwards. A great side effect of the Discussion Marketplace!

What are good use scenarios for Blended Learning?

The question is, of course, not so easily answered. Generally speaking: If you want to achieve a behavior change, Blended Learning is 99% a suitable method. But typical hard skills are also suitable for Blended Learning – you can then focus on the in-person event(s) and represent theoretical know-how as well as regular practice impulses online.

Looking for concrete practical examples? Then take a look at our blog. There we collect many best practices from successful customers: To the “Practical Examples” category in the blog

What models exist to differentiate between in-person and online?

Many trainers are uncertain: First online, then in-person? Or first a live appointment and then the online course? Or completely differently? – We cannot offer you a "patent solution" for your Blended Learning. But we have summarized the most popular models of our customers in illustrative graphics: To the article with infographic "6 Models in Blended Learning"

How elaborate is creating online courses with blink.it?

Creating online courses with blink.it is not elaborate at all in terms of technology! Because with blink.it, you can create online courses in just a few minutes – almost without practice.
