Trainer Congress Berlin: Our answers to your questions

Blended Learning

Trainer

The Trainer Congress Berlin was also a special highlight for us in 2019. In the workshop format "Discussion Marketplace," Hans-Martin and Michael gathered the most common questions for blink.it. I will summarize them for you today – and provide answers!

For the 11th time, the Trainer Congress Berlin took place – and for the 3rd time with blink.it! Clearly, the Trainer Congress is simply part of the annual schedule. Not only because the organizers so warmly and personally welcomed our two men on site:

The Discussion Marketplace: Room for Questions

As a workshop format, Hans-Martin and Michael again chose the Discussion Marketplace: A method where the audience democratically decides what to talk about – and for how long!

The more we use the Discussion Marketplace, the more we learn ourselves. This time, one group with nearly 70 people was already almost too large, even though the format was well received. It was also interesting that a few people left the room as soon as the questions for the workshop were set. The reason: The topics were simply too "basic" for them. This way, they could better utilize their time for other workshops and personally ask their specific questions to blink.it afterwards. A great side effect of the Discussion Marketplace!

The “FAQs” of the Trainer Congress Participants for blink.it

Whether you attended the Trainer Congress Berlin or not: I now present you the most frequently asked questions from the participants – and summarize the answers.

  1. What are good scenarios for blended learning?

  2. What models are there to distinguish between in-person and online?

  3. How labor-intensive is creating online courses with blink.it?

  4. How can I best get started?

Here are our answers for you to read:

What are good scenarios for blended learning?

The question is, of course, not so easily answered. Basically, the rule is: If you want to achieve a change in behavior, blended learning is 99% a suitable method. But typical hard skills are also suitable for blended learning – for instance, you can focus on the in-person event(s) and represent theoretical know-how as well as regular practice impulses online.

What models are there to distinguish between in-person and online?

Many trainers are unsure: First online, then in-person? Or first a live appointment and then in the online course? Or completely different? – We can't offer you a “patent solution” for your blended learning. But we have summarized the most popular models of our customers as illustrative graphics: Read the article with the infographic “6 Models in Blended Learning”

How labor-intensive is creating online courses with blink.it?
