How does my demo at blink.it work?
The introduction process is different from what you might be used to from other software providers. That's exactly why it offers many advantages for you: You will get to know the platform step-by-step, from both a participant and an admin perspective. Furthermore, we are in contact with you at any time to answer questions and perfectly adapt blink.it to your needs. In the following, we explain the four steps:
Step 1: Request demo
You simply fill out the form for the demo request. First name, last name, and email address are required so that you can join the demo course.
Step 2: Demo course
A blink.it colleague will contact you, by phone or email, to schedule an appointment for the brief introduction. You will also receive a link by email that takes you directly to the “Personal Productivity” demo course. The course is structured like an online companion to a face-to-face seminar, in the spirit of blended learning. You can view the course as often as you like.
In the course, you will find eight learning units with valuable tips and exercises on your own daily productivity. This allows you to experience blink.it directly from the participant's perspective and get to know all the functions that your own participants will have later. For example, feel free to use the comment section to share your thoughts, interact with other course participants, or ask questions.

Step 3: Personal Introduction
If you haven't scheduled an appointment yet, you can book an appointment for a live telephone demo via the link in the last learning unit (“Blink”) after you have learned the basic functions. In the admin demo, you will receive a short introduction of about 15 minutes from a blink.it employee. During this, you will get to know the admin mode, the features available to you as a course creator, and create your first content with guidance. Of course, we will also answer all your questions and address your individual application case in detail.
Step 4: 30-day trial
Following the telephone demo, you can create content in your own test course to your heart's content and test all features for 30 days! During this period, your blink.it contact person is also available at any time to answer questions, advise you on your course, and help you find the right blink.it package for you. Of course, everything is free and non-binding. During or after the trial period, you can decide at any time whether you would like to start using blink.it in the future!
Why can't I start directly with my own test course?
With many other software providers, you can create an account using just your email address. In our experience, this is not sufficient for getting started: Questions often still arise, whether about the platform or your individual field of application, which we would love to answer for you right away.
Above all, we want to offer tech beginners the easiest possible start. This is only possible with a personal introduction and a direct contact person. In addition, the “Personal Productivity” demo course shows you how easy blink.it is to use for your future participants.
