How does my demo with blink.it work?

The introduction process is different from what you might be used to with other software providers. For that reason, it offers many advantages for you: You will get to know the platform step by step, both from the participant's and admin's perspective. Additionally, we will always be in contact with you to answer questions and tailor blink.it perfectly to your needs. Below, we explain the four steps:

Step 1: Request a demo

You simply fill out the form for the demo request. First name, last name, and email address are required so that you can join the demo course.

Step 2: Demo Course

A blink.it colleague will contact you, either by phone or email, to schedule an appointment for the short introduction. You will also receive a link via email that takes you directly to the Demo Course “Personal Productivity”. The course is structured like an online accompaniment to a presence seminar, in the spirit of blended learning. You can watch the course as often as you like.

In the course, you will find eight learning units with valuable tips and exercises for your own productivity in daily life. This way, you will experience blink.it directly from the participant's perspective and learn all the features that your own participants will later have. Feel free to use the comment function to give us your opinion, interact with other course participants, or ask questions.

Step 3: Personal Introduction

If you haven’t scheduled an appointment yet, you can book an appointment for a telephone live demo via the link in the last learning unit (“Blink”) after you have learned the basic functions. In the admin demo, you will receive a brief 15-minute introduction from a blink.it employee. You will get to know the admin mode, the features available to you as a course creator, and create your first content with guidance. Of course, we will also answer all your questions and focus on your individual application purpose.

Step 4: Test for 30 Days

After the telephone demo, you can freely create content in your own test course and test all functions for 30 days! Even during this time, your blink.it contact person is always available for questions, advises you on your course and the suitable blink.it package for you. Of course, everything is free and non-binding. During or after the trial period, you can decide at any time whether you want to start with blink.it in the future!

Why can’t I start directly with my own test course?

With many other software providers, you can create an account directly with just your email address. For getting started, we have found this to be insufficient: Often, questions arise about the platform or your individual area of application, which we would like to answer immediately.

We want to offer technical beginners as easy a start as possible. This can only be achieved with a personal introduction and a direct contact person. Additionally, you will see in the demo course “Personal Productivity” how easy it is to use blink.it for your future participants.
