The team at blink.it is growing quickly and has set big goals. Therefore, we are currently intensively searching for a new employee to strengthen our development team. You can find us not only at trainer congresses but also at recruiting events like the IT Career Day in Darmstadt.

As I write this text, blink.it founder Konstantin Ristl is talking with one of our developers and conducting a job interview – as a trial for real applicants. Because one thing is clear: We want to continuously improve the blink.it software and for that, we need very skilled and motivated employees. This is one of the principles of blink.it and a reason why we are so successful as a startup.

Innovation Award IT in the field of E-Learning for blink.it

With the web app blink.it, trainers and companies can accompany their training and continuing education online. The fact that this simple principle works 100% was demonstrated again recently when the Initiative Mittelstand awarded blink.it the certificate of the Innovation Award IT in the field of E-Learning. The initiative recognizes the current best IT solutions in various sectors with this award.

Currently, blink.it is the only provider that provides this connection between in-person training and online support in such a simple way and is simultaneously optimized for the needs of users. So just let everything continue as is? No, there is still more to be done!

Criteria for new developers at blink.it

Increasing customer numbers, enthusiastic feedback from blink.it customers – we are pleased about our success and see it as a sign of the quality of our software. However, one principle of blink.it is "Better is always possible.

For this, we are looking for another software developer for our team, ideally for full-stack and with a high level in at least one back-end language. A few years of experience are important to us, although we do not focus on grades and the number of years in employment, but rather on concrete skills. Current job postings and the members of the current blink.it team can be found on the blink.it website!

Last but not least, it is important for all blink.it employees to be enthusiastic and to want to contribute to our goal: to sustainably improve the world of training and education.

Active networking at the IT Career Day

We want to be where capable developers can be found: for example, at the IT Career Day at the Technical University of Darmstadt in mid-April – we reported on this.

Our recruiter Johanna says: “The IT Career Day was an exciting experience to get an even better feel for applicants.” Some students at initial semesters were in attendance, but also a few advanced semesters with more experience. Here is visitor statistics from the IT Career Day that might be of interest to visitors.

“We are open to all possibilities when it comes to recruiting,” Johanna remarks about attending the IT Career Day. “As a startup, we are very flexible and simply try out new ways.”

Johanna from blink.it presents the magazine from the IT Career Day in Darmstadt.
